High Efficiency Slurry Pump Features


Type MHE series slurry pump is a new energy-saving centrifugal pump. They are innovative in hydraulic designs, structural designs and wear resistant materials of castings.


In accordance with strict ISO system standards, our company Muyuan Pump Industry applies resin sand casting technology and is equipped with automatic production line which can reduce delivery time and avoid human error. In addition, our factory has a complete inspection system and various inspection equipment, such as spectrograph, metalloscope, impact tester and universal test equipment etc, which can guarantee the quality of slurry pump parts casting via the chemical component and the mechanical performance!


The wet parts of MHE slurry pumps is with M05 high chrome whose hardness is ≧56HRC. Its shaft sleeve is ductile iron coated with chrome with hardness 58HRC~62HRC to protect shaft from wear. If the abrasion appears, we just need to replace the shaft sleeve instead of the shaft.


The shaft seal is dynamic seal(expeller +gland seal) or the mechanical seal. And its bearing assembly uses the oil lubrication. It is suitable for high speed rotation and high temperature condition. It can take away the friction heat inside the bearing and dissipate heat well. When the ambient temperature of the bearing is high, oil lubrication can provide cooling.
