Precautions for the installation of slurry pump:
1.Electrical wiring: The electrical wiring should be constructed by a formal electrician in accordance with the circuit diagram. The insulation resistance should be checked at any time during the installation process. After the installation is completed, the insulation resistance of the motor should not be less than 5 megohms. Lift the water pump, jog to observe the direction of rotation, look down from the motor direction, the water pump rotates clockwise, if the direction of rotation is wrong, replace any two connectors of the three-phase power supply.
2.It is strictly forbidden to use the pump cable as installation and lifting rope to avoid danger.
3.The pump should be submerged vertically, not allowed to be placed horizontally, and cannot be caught in the sludge. When the pump is moving, the power must be cut off
Precautions for the storage of slurry pump:
1.After the electric pump is used many times, it must be put into clean water and run for a few minutes to prevent deposits in the pump and ensure that the electric pump is clean.
2.When not in use for a long time, the electric pump should be taken out of the water to reduce the chance of the motor stator winding getting damp and increase the service life of the electric pump.
3.Under normal working conditions, after working for one year, the electric pump should be maintained, replaced the worn parts, checked the tightening state, supplemented or replaced the bearing grease and the insulating oil in the oil chamber to ensure the electric pump Well functioning.
